Bali Accomodation

Bali offers a variety of accommodation alternatives. Students prefer staying in coastal areas like Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu or Jimbaran. We advise students to stay at a hotel for the first one or two weeks in order to have some time for orientation. The best places to look for a hotel are Poppies Lane 1 and 2, which are especially popular with young visitors. Keep in mind that this is a very touristic area which is not made for everybody. In these first two weeks you will have enough time to get in touch with agents for permanent accommodation. They usually show you some interesting places, according to your demands and budget. Also they are very experienced with students and know about interesting places that are rented every year by students.

Oftentimes, a couple of students team up and rent a villa together. Usually, the rent is payable monthly and on the whole. Costs for accommodation vary by standards and are between 100 and 400 EUR in average – of course, the sky is the limit here.

Homestay

There are a lot of homestays in Bali, you just need to keep you eyes open.
